Slow Motion Projects

SCROLL DOWN

Slow Motion Projects

Slow Motion Projects is a Swiss-based non-profit, non-governmental organisation. We create environmental education and outreach projects with the goal of encouraging sustainable behaviours in people living in developing regions, all the while allowing them to get a better life.

We can battle poverty on low-carbon pathways.

Let's build a fair future for our planet, and its people.

How it works

How it works

1. Slow Motion Projects partners with local NGOs, who provide experience of the local social and environmental issues.

2. We support our partners with volunteers for planning and developing the projects on-site.

3. We communicate about the projects and raise the necessary funds  through our web platform

100% of your donation's amount is used for the projects - yes 100%!

How will my donation be used?

  • We commit to using the complete received amount of your donations for the projects. Note that in some cases, donations may be subject to bank/credit card processing fees before they reach us.

  • The overhead costs of the Slow Motion Projects operations and the expenses related to the work of our volunteers in the projects (travelling, living costs, etc.) are exclusively covered by us - not you.

  • 100% transparency is our rule. Check the numbers behind the words and pictures!

Here’s how you can reach out to us: email us, give us a like or follow us!

Follow the progression of the Slow Motion Projects on the blog, and see how you created impact.

We love being a team with you!

IN SLOW MOTION

Be the change that you wish to see in the world.
— Mahatma Gandhi

Slow Motion Projects provides support in an environmentally sound way. We are travelling to the project locations  slowly, avoiding to fly as much as possible. On site, our volunteers are keeping their footprint as small as possible by favouring ecological housing and foods with lower environmental impact.
